Meet Concordia's head girl

Being appointed head girl of Concordia College is more than just a title; it's a deep honour and an ongoing journey of growth. Every morning, as I walk through the gates of our college, I'm reminded of the trust my peers have placed in me. That is both humbling and empowering.

Leadership, I have learned, is not only about authority but it's about service, inspiring more than instructing, and listening more than speaking. Whether I'm helping to organise events, addressing student concerns, or simply offering a word of encouragement, I strive to be a reflection of the values Concordia stands for.

This role has taught me resilience, patience and the power of teamwork. It has made me realise that true leadership is about lifting others up and making space for every voice (no matter how loud or soft).

To every student reading this, know that your potential is limitless. The badge I wear isn't just mine, but it's a symbol of what we can all achieve when we lead with "One Heart"!
