Students' association calls for early intervention
The Namibia African Students Association (NASA) has called for early intervention to improve performance in the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary Level (NSSCO) and Advanced Subsidiary (AS) examinations, warning that results are shaped long before exam season. In a press release issued yesterday, NASA president Muzani Muzani said they have pointed to challenges including teacher shortages, overcrowded classrooms, a lack of textbooks, and poor infrastructure across several regions. NASA also announced a “Fix My Results Campaign” scheduled for June 2026 to address systemic education challenges before examinations to improve national outcomes.
