Nammic donates 10 computers to an Onayena school
The Namibia Mineworkers Investment Company (Nam-Mic Holdings Pty Ltd) yesterday donated more than 10 computers, valued at N$81 190, to Joseph Simaneka Asino Secondary School in Onayena as part of its corporate social investment programme. Speaking at the event, Nam-Mic Holdings CEO Joshua Kaitungwa said the donation goes beyond providing equipment, describing the computers as tools that can support learning, growth and future opportunities. He also urged learners to take proper care of the devices.
Joseph Simaneka Asino Secondary School has relied on theory-based ICT instruction for years.
