Menzies gets the boot at Hosea Kutako airport
The Namibia Airports Company (NAC) has evicted ground-handling services company, Menzies Aviation. NAC CEO Bisey Uirab has also requested that airlines and other stakeholders fully cooperate with Paragon, which won a bid to provide ground-handling services at the Hosea Kutako International Airport.
"Kindly take note that Paragon has commenced providing ground-handling services at the Hosea Kutako International Airport with effect from today, 19 August. All stakeholders are hereby requested and implored to fully cooperate with Paragon as the legitimate provider of ground-handling services. We will continue to liaise with all stakeholders to ensure seamless provision of ground-handling services at the airport," Uirab said in a statement this morning.
