Spiderman betters his time

Limba Mupetami
Despite coming 14th in the event, Namibian Paralympic swimmer Matheus ‘Spiderman’ Angula improved his time at the just-ended World Para Swimming Championships in Madeira, Portugal.
He, therefore, set a new personal best of 44.16 seconds, seven seconds better than his previous time.
Angula was competing in the 50-metre freestyle in the competition, which saw more than 500 athletes from 59 countries competing from 12 to 18 June in what is arguably the largest international para-sport event to take place in Portugal.
Angula’s coach Sonia Lindemeier expressed satisfaction with the athlete’s performance.
