League resumes on Saturday
Action will resume over the weekend in the Debmarine Premiership.
The first action in the second half of the Debmarine Premiership will consist of a match between Walvis Bay outfit Blue Waters and Orlando Pirates at 14:00 at the Jan Wilkens Stadium on Saturday.
The league took a break for the holiday season; however, fans can now look forward to watching their favourite players in action again.
To bring back football entertainment, African Stars hosted three team friendlies last weekend involving top-flight rivals Unam and Tura Magic at the Unam Stadium. Stars won the dress rehearsal matches.
As it stands, Stars are on 19 points on the log, followed in second place by Life Fighters with 15 points. The log leaders will travel to Otjiwarongo to face Life Fighters at Mokati Stadium at 14:00 on Saturday, and then to Rundu to face Julinho on Sunday.
