Annual Ace tees up N$101 000 for education
The fairways of the Windhoek Golf and Country Club once again delivered a compelling blend of competition and compassion as the Annual Ace 2026 concluded in style on Friday.
Eighteen teams participated in the sold-out corporate showdown, but it was Kasi Golf who ultimately claimed top honours after a day of focused and strategic play. The winning team comprised Gerald Kariwo, Wisdom Moyo, Vilho Ndaikile and A.N Other.
Pupkewitz Motors secured second place, represented by Janse Janse van Rensburg, Charine Janse van Rensburg, Norman Glen-Spyron and Jaco Schoonbee, while Old Mutual rounded off the podium in third place with Rex Mutelo, Fabio do Rego, John Hesekiel and Tommy Nangombe.
Beyond the leaderboard, however, the day delivered an even greater victory.
Through team entries, partner contributions and a spirited auction, the event raised N$81 000. Together with an event profit of N$20 000, a total of N$101 000 will now be channelled into the national education project of the African Child Development Trust (ACDT).
“Annual Ace 2026 was more than a successful event, it was a powerful demonstration of what can be achieved when a community rallies behind a shared mission. The support we received will directly change the lives of thousands of children across Namibia, and we thank every individual and organisation who stood with us,” said ACDT executive director Sharnay Botha.
Headlined by Legacy Ace Partner Power Line Africa and supported by Hole-in-One Partners Castle Lite, XCO and Synergi Marketing, the Annual Ace continues to cement its place as a standout fixture on Namibia’s corporate sporting calendar. Supporting partners including DZ Golf, Bartsch Architecton, Miko Coffee, Mututo Decor, Network Media Hub, Synergi Group and Pupkewitz Motors once again contributed to an event that seamlessly blended business networking, competitive golf and meaningful impact.
