Grass-roots football in Namibia needs a uniform structure to develop the game and players in order to take it to a level where it can one day feed various academies and levels of the game. There’s a lot of work still to be done to bring the level of grass-roots football to where it should be. However, it is good to see mass participation by both boys and girls in the game we all love.
