Nikodemus Haikali scored the only goal for Ongos FC as they beat African United FC 1-0.Khomas Nampol eventually eased past Swallows FC 4-0. After a goalless first half, they scored four goals, with two by Absalom Iimbondi and one each from Revered Matroos and George Frans, with no response from Swallows.Michael Uugwanga, a member of the technical team, afterwards spoke to Sport Wrap. “We got killed by their five subs.
