Confident Unam takes on Okahandja United

The Debmarine Namibia Premier League continues today with a tasty mid-table arm-wrestle between Unam FC and Okahandja United (kick-off at 19:00).
The Unam Stadium will host two clubs eager to gain more points, as they chase the top half of the competition.
The host team comes into the encounter in ninth place with 21 points after 16 matches they have played so far.
The university side has won six and drawn three of their 16 matches. Unam has also lost seven fixtures so far in a season they were actually hoping to challenge for the title.
However, Unam is already 15 points behind log leaders African Stars that have played one game less.
The students come up against a brave Okahandja United who have already made an impression in the top flight. In fact, they are one position and one point ahead of Unam after the 16 matches each have played so far.
The visitors from the garden town have won six, losing six and managing to salvage four draws so far.
They will however have to fix their defence after having a minus-9 goal difference, while Unam has a favourable goal difference of plus 3.
Unam will be confident in the fact that they beat Okahandja United the last time the two teams met.

Saturday will see struggling Life Fighters battle Blue Waters in Otjiwarongo at the Mokati Stadium at 16:00.
The Otjiwarongo-based side comes into the match having roped in the services of former Citizens FC coach George Ochurub.
Ochurub has been tasked with reviving the spirit and the prospects as they find themselves deep in the relegation zone.
Life Fighters, second from the bottom position, will be desperate of a win.
They have only collected 11 points from 16 matches, which resulted in the axing of their former coach Agnus Chabala Elemu and goalkeeper coach Matjiua Kamatjipose.
Blue Waters on the other hand goes into the match with high expectations, but also looking to find more consistency in order to challenge the top three contenders and wishing to avoid another upset in an away match.
The team from Walvis Bay are fourth on the table after 16 matches.
The last time this two met, Life Fighters managed to salvage a point in Walvis Bay following a 0-0 draw.
Meanwhile, defending champions African Stars will be aiming to maintain their title credentials when they meet Young Brazilians in Keetmanshoop on Saturday at 16:00.
Young Brazilians themselves have ambitions of drifting further away from the relegation zone.
The Karasburg club is currently 11th on the log and just 8 points above the drop zone.
