Witbooi calls on women to fight GBV

Vice President Lucia Witbooi met with women from the SWAPO Party Women’s League in Gibeon this week, where she urged them to speak out against gender-based violence (GBV) and substance abuse. She encouraged women in the community to engage with young boys about GBV to help end it and promote a GBV-free community.



“Let’s come together as community members, churches and leaders to fight against GBV,” said Witbooi.
