Unam sticks to its guns on Grade 11 admissions

The University of Namibia (Unam) has clarified reports claiming that Grade 11 certificate holders are now eligible for admission at the institution, saying the university does not accept Grade 11 results alone. In a statement issued last week, Unam spokesperson Simon Namesho (photo) said applicants must have AS Level or an equivalent qualification in addition to their Grade 11 results.
