Three new ambulances for Kavango East

Kavango East governor Hamunyera Hambyuka, with the health ministry’s regional directorate, officiated the handover of three new ambulances yesterday afternoon. “We believe that these vehicles will enhance our capacity to respond swiftly and effectively, ultimately saving more lives and providing better care to our patients,” he said. The fleet includes one patient transport bus and two pickups, which will be dispatched to Rundu Intermediate Hospital, Andara district. Hambyuka also urged drivers and health staff to take proper care of the ambulances to ensure longevity and continued service delivery.
