Stray cattle returned to owner

Seven stray cattle were intercepted this week in Ntara village, Kavango West, after a local headman spotted them wandering from east to west and reported the matter to the police.
According to regional police commander Commissioner Julia Sakuwa-Neo, the animals – six cows and one bull – appeared not to belong to anyone in the area.
The stock theft unit was called in and successfully traced the rightful owner, identified as Haita Hamusira of Dudu village.
