Sankwasa visits flood-hit constituencies

Urban and rural development minister James Sankwasa conducted an assessment visit to flood-affected areas in Kabbe North, Kabbe South and Katima Mulilo Rural constituencies this week.

The visit was aimed at evaluating conditions on the ground, with many affected residents in urgent need of food, mosquito nets and temporary shelter. Sankwasa also engaged local community members assisting with relocations, while reaffirming government’s commitment to provide timely disaster relief support.
