Natis extends weekend hours

The Roads Authority (RA) has announced that its Windhoek Natis offices will operate on weekends to improve service delivery and accessibility for the public.
From 8 November to 14 December, both Natis Valley in the Northern Industrial Area and Natis Tall Street at Ausspanplatz will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 14:00.
During these extended weekend hours, customers can access a range of services, including motor vehicle registrations and renewals, special permit issuance, vehicle licence renewals, roadworthy test bookings as well as learner’s and driver’s licence applications.
The initiative aims to enhance public accessibility, decongest offices and ensure smoother service delivery ahead of the festive season. The Roads Authority encourages members of the public to take advantage of the additional weekend hours to complete their Natis transactions.
