Ministry of health executive director Penda Iithindi and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund chief executive Officer Rosalia Martins-Hausiku on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding in Windhoek to formalise cooperation on ambulance services and trauma care support across the country.
