Mentally-challenged man allegedly rapes girl (4)

A 35-year-old male suspect who is mentally disabled allegedly raped a 4-year-old minor at Okafitu kaNangombe village, Ogongo Constituency, in Omusati Region.

According to Omusati police, the case was reported on Thursday. It is alleged that the suspect, who resides in the same household as the victim, committed the offence.

The incident was reported by a 40-year-old complainant from the same village.

The suspect has not yet been arrested and investigations are ongoing.
