Employability training kit handed over at Rundu VTC

The Employability Improvement Programme (EIP) Training Kit materials were officially handed over yesterday morning at the Rundu Vocational Training Centre, in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The EIP, launched in April 2018 as a bilateral initiative between Namibia and Japan through JICA and the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), aims to strengthen workplace-based learning and equip graduates with critical soft skills to improve their competitiveness in the labour market.
