Education ministry hold stakeholder meeting to foster dialogue
The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture is hosting an Adult Education Stakeholder Meeting in the capital under the theme “Empowering Namibians through Skills and Entrepreneurship: A Collaborative Approach to Job Creation and Economic Growth.”
Speaking at the engagement, Gerard Vries, the Ministry of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation executive director without accounting, emphasised that the meeting is crucial for deliberating on and dissecting the functions and operations of the Directorate of Adult Education. He noted that the engagement aims to dispel misconceptions, enhance understanding, and foster meaningful dialogue. Furthermore, it provides a platform for collaborative synergies within the respective mandates of various learning institutions.
