Covid-19 resurge in Rehoboth

The Hardap health directorate has announced an alarming rate of Covid-19 cases in Rehoboth, with 20 cases recorded at Dr Lemmer High School since 8 February. One case involves a teacher at St. Joseph Primary School. At Dr Lemmer High School, 11 infected people have recovered, while nine are still positive. Regional health officials have urged the school to postpone inter-school sports activities lined up for this week, as well as to enforce existing Covid-19 protocols.
