NATION PROTESTS BRUTAL MURDERS: Hundreds of Okahandja residents took to the streets of their grief-stricken town yesterday to protest the murders of Roslin Fabian (6), Ingrid Maasdorp (5) and Beyoncé !Kharuchas (15).
Families and community members of all ages called for urgent action from law enforcement and government officials.
A petition signed by 9 677 individuals was submitted to Okahandja’s police commander, urging swift arrests and tougher measures to protect the nation's children.
The impact of the triple murders has extended far beyond Okahandja, with marches that took place in Swakopmund, Windhoek and Oshakati, among others.
