The event will not only expand participants’ professional network but will also witness the launch of the book titled ‘The Inclusive Leader: Embracing Diversity and Employee Engagement’ by Nosipho Damasane, in which the IpupaK Grow You Foundation played a supporting role during its drafting at the time when the world was on lockdown in 2020 by creating platforms with the author on issues of leadership and challenges brought about by Covid-19 pandemic.

Kasheeta said by bringing speakers from different generations, the summit is designed to hone participants' personal and professional development.
The speakers and mentors have all volunteered their time to speak at this event at no cost where they will share experiences on how to lead and achieve sustained growth as an individual and as a corporate.
IpupaK Grow You mentorship programme is a non-profit initiative with all its efforts done in the spirit of what they can offer to the community.
Speakers will cover topics such as financial management, leadership of self, critical soft skills for professional excellence and positioning your institution and staff for global relevance.
