You could dress the Miss Namibia finalists

This year’s Miss Namibia pageant offers local designers the exciting opportunity to dress the 12 Miss Namibia finalists, through its Namibian Designer Competition for the Miss Namibia 2015 Pageant. Miss Namibia national director Conny Maritz said the Namibian Designer Competition is a joint venture between Miss Namibia Pageant and celebrated fashion designer Cobus Moller. “Because both our roots and our ambitions are intimately linked to creativity and supporting Namibian talent, we are proud to launch the Namibian Designer Competition for the Miss Namibia 2015 Pageant,” she said in a statement. The competition will select 12 designers to dress the 12 finalists in evening wear for the pageant. Selected designers will be given a design brief with deadlines and the fabrics will be sponsored by Chelsea Fashions. The Namibian Designer Competition for the Miss Namibia 2015 Pageant is open to all Namibian designers who have at least a diploma or degree in fashion design and technology. “Cobus Moller Couture will be available to assist, guide and help designers to make the most of this opportunity,” Maritz said.
