Over 10 years, Namibian Sun’s entertainment supplement, tjil, has built up a reputation as one of Namibian entertainment’s favourite publications that documents pop culture.
In its efforts to grow the art and entertainment space in the country, Namibian Sun has teamed up with Hunter’s Namibia and Brewers Market for this cool initiative.
The show, which will be open to 100 people as per Covid-19 regulations, will also be streamed live on the popular Namibian Sun Facebook page.
“I’m so honoured to be performing alongside Kevo Maro at tjil Namibian Sun’s first edition of Hunter’s tjil Sessions.
“I’ll be performing my new single ‘Everything’ and some songs off my upcoming EP. It’s going to be a whole movie that you won’t want to miss, see you there,” said the headliner, Kakia.
Promoting the culture of live music, Kakia and Kevo Maro will be accompanied by a two-piece band, Star Keys and Ice.
Tickets are available at The Brewers Market for N$50 while the damage at the door will be N$100. The live streaming of the show will commence at 18:30 on Namibian Sun’s Facebook page.
