Suspended OTA councillors represent OTA

DThis morning in Ondangwa, the suspended Ondonga Traditional Authority (OTA) Secretary Joseph Asino and suspended senior councillor Vilho Kamanya accompanied the King Immanuel Kauluma Elifas's representative Shuumbwa Nangolo to represent the OTA and King Elifas during a consultative meeting on community courts with the Minister of Justice Albert Kawana. This is despite the fact that the OTA announced that the suspended leaders have no mandate to represent the OTA in any activities and the OTA also announced that Shuumbwa was no longer Elifas's representative.
Former President Sam Nujoma's bodyguard Nepando Amupanda is the acting OTA Secretary but was not at the meeting.
