Standard Bank car show in July

WINDHOEKSTAFF REPORTER Visitors to Standard Bank Namibia's annual motor show and biltong festival next month will be offered favourable interest rates during the whole week. Propping up the event last week, the bank's new business manager, Eugene Junius, announced a number of competitions and interest-related specials between July 3 and 6. The Standard Bank Namibia Auto Show takes place on July 5 and 6, at the SKW sport grounds in Windhoek. “Clients can purchase their dream vehicle at prime less 1,5%, which is 7,75% at the current rates. In addition, the first three months will be interest free with the first interest payments only due in October 2013,” Junius said. One lucky customer will further stand a chance to win N$5 000 worth of short-term insurance, sponsored by Standard Insurance Brokers, while Liberty Life is offering a weekend at an undisclosed destination, worth N$7 500. The organisers have also gone all out on the fair's backdrop, combining with Danric Auto to import for display at the event BMW's 6 Series Gran Coupè. “It is definitely all about the looks of the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupè. However, the vehicle can be ordered according to your exact specifications and needs. The option list is endless to personalise this vehicle to your needs. It is a vehicle in a class of its own as there is no vehicle like it on the market,” said Arnard Barnard, general sales manager at Danric Auto.
