President of the Namibia Rugby Union Corrie Mensah says local rugby clubs need to enforce Covid-19 regulations when they start training.
Mensah, who spoke to Namibian Sun on Friday, said they would inform clubs to start training but they need to wait until an announcement about Covid-19 regulations is made in February before deciding on the domestic rugby league kick-off.
“We have to play it safe at this stage but will put the onus on clubs to enforce regulations,” said Mensah.
