Road-rage man settles out of court

The case against a man charged with malicious damage to property after he deliberately crashed into a car in Windhoek has been withdrawn after both parties reached an out-of-court settlement. The racial discrimination charges against his wife have also been dropped. The man has offered to pay N$58 000 for the damage caused to the Toyota Corolla sedan.
