Oncology family room spruced up

04 October 2019 | Education

The Agra Staff Initiative Fund recently renovated the family room in the Windhoek Central Hospital's oncology ward. Dr Pelagia Ayishe Emvula says everyone in the oncology department is grateful to Agra, as the room is a home away from home where patients can relax in comfort during their treatment. “We always thought that Agra deals with farming only. Our patients will be able to watch television and read books like they were at home,” she said.
