KEETMANSHOOPKeetmanshoop hosted the third round of the MTC Netball Namibia Premier League over the weekend, with games played at the J Stephanus netball courts.
The winners, Namibia Correctional Services (NCS), who are fourth on the log, started the day against United 12 in fifth place. They won by 64 points to 16.
Golden Girls, in ninth place, lost 28 to 61 against the Tigers, who are at the top of the league. The Tigers later returned to the courts and won 60 to 25 against United 12.
NCS head coach Manuel Tjivera said although he was proud of his team, the umpires could have done better.
"The game was good. The girls came out and executed the game plan we had perfectly. The biggest challenge was the umpires who were not well equipped for the games," he said.
