INQUIRING MINDS: Namibia Media Holdings hosted a Media Camp for around 50 high school learners from various schools in Windhoek. The event, which was held at Midgard Country Estate, brought various experts together. The learners were taught about media ethics, gender-sensitive reporting, the relevance of news, the importance of social media and the evolution of media in the digital age. Sessions were fun and informative and the participants were also given the opportunity to prepare the presentation of their own breaking news story for television, radio and print media.
