Massive jump in NamBrew’s profit

Namibia Breweries Ltd reported a profit of nearly N$366.7 million for the six months ended 31 December 2018. Compared to the same half-year in 2017, this is an increase of around 52.7%.
Both basic earnings per share (EPS) and headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the latest half-year came in at 177.6c – about 52.7% higher than the same six month in 2017.
A dividend per ordinary share of 50c was declared, 8.7% more than the comparable period in 2017.
