Minista Frans Kapofi okwa kunkilile AaNamibia kutya opolisi itayi ka sila ohenda aantu mboka taya ningi omahololomadhilaadhilo gaaheli paveta.

Kapofi okwa li ta popi poshituthi shepito lyomadheulo gopolisi mendiki lyoRuben Danger Ashipala Police Training Centre mOndangwa, mEtitano lya piti.
