Rapper Jericho, real name Jerome Gawarab (40), was involved in a serious crash on the Tsumeb/Grootfontein main road over the weekend.

According to a police report, Jericho sustained head, chest and arm injuries.

Chief Inspector Elifas Kuwinga said the accident happened on Friday night at about 23:00.

The police report states that Jericho, who was driving a Toyota Cross, was overtaking and in the process collided with an Isuzu bakkie.
