In praise of Namibian girls

It is quite easy to become a poet when you have to talk about Namibian woman, simply because their truth says it all. I have heard and seen many girls from other countries, but there are none like the Namibian girls. Independent of our cultural beliefs, Namibian women are hardworking, the spirit of independence in our beautiful women transforms them into hardworking ladies, and yes at times the breadwinners of the family. Namibian women are never content with crumbs - they always strive for greater heights. No wonder we are one of the countries with the highest number of educated females in the Southern African Development Community (SADC). Culturally-driven and respectful towards what's really considered morals, ladies of the Land of the Brave - yes Namibian girls - are decent and uphold the true moral standards of our wonderful nation. Their simplicity makes them as attractive as the wonderful Welwitschia mirabilis of the Namib Desert that does not need loads of water to survive. They are as unique as the Oryx. Unless you come to Namibia, it's hard to see them and their desire to be independent is as strong as the currents of the Ruacana Falls that power the nation. Like the Etosha National Park, the Namib and Kalahari deserts and all other unique natural wonders of this beautiful land, so too are our beautiful Namibian girls. Indeed, Namibian girls make me shout out loud: “I am proud to be Namibian, and have a Namibian girl.”
