Keetmans council loses NaTIS One-Stop Centre The Roads Authority (RA) will take over the operations of the Namibia Traffic Information System (NaTIS) One-Stop Centre from the Keetmanshoop Municipality by next April. A meeting to discuss the transformation process is planned in due course, RA CEO Conrad Mutonga Lutombi said in a letter dated November 8, 2013. He informed the municipality’s human resources manager, Joseph Rooi, that the Roads Authority Board of Directors had decided to take over some registering authorities as per recommendation of a study on the effective and efficient management of the registering authority.
