Collapsing Keetmans schoolgirls' mystery

Nghiyalasha “Hailonga” writes: I want to express my opinion on the article published in the Namibian Sun edition of September 23, 2013 under the headline 'Schoolgirls collapse at Keetmanshoop'. I attempted several times in the past to share my opinion with the minister of education on the issue of children who collapse at school. It concerns me as a parent. We saw it happen at Mumbwenge Combined School near Oshigambo and it happened at several other schools in the North. Medical doctors have so far not found an acceptable explanation for the strange phenomenon. I am of the opinion that the cause of such collapses could be high radiation in the school buildings. I tried to contact the then, as well as the current minister of education to share my views, but to no avail. Collapsing school children is not the only strange phenomenon. Some years ago there was a boy in the Oshana Region who predicted/caused strange fires in a way no one could explain. No one was willing to accommodate the boy and we had to accommodate him at the police station. Some colleagues were not happy about this. But to the few courageous officers who assisted the boy, the strange phenomenon was overcome and the boy went on to graduate from a South African college. Now, let me go back to the collapsing schoolgirls. It also happened in the USA and children crying uncontrollably were shown on TV programme. They were examined and it was found that there was nothing wrong with their health. But the examination of the school building revealed extremely high radiation. The order was given to destroy the building. My question is: why do children collapse at school and not at home? Why don't we examine the school buildings? I am sure that the NDF have the capability to detect radiation because, as a rule, any conventional army is equipped to deal with such situations. This is just my opinion as a Namibian who is concerned with the wellbeing of our kids. Let us talk about this issue. Let us trace the cause of the phenomenon. Let us do whatever possible to find a solution. The future of our kids is at stake.
