EducationNalitye holds an honours degree in finance management from the International University of Management (IUM), a certificate in investment analysis and portfolio management from the University of South Africa (Unisa) as well as a professional certificate in the fundamentals of South African financial markets from the University of Cape Town (UCT).He said debt collection involves the process of recovering unpaid debts from debtors or borrowers. This process includes initial consultation, sending a letter of demand, filing summons and judgment, and executing the collection efforts. Due to the difference in circumstances, debtors may include individuals or businesses. Business operations Currently, the business operates with three full-time employees and three interns. Motivation to continue the business for Nalitye comes from the sense of accomplishment he gets from delivering successful results. This drives him to continually strive for improvement. Additionally, the customer satisfaction serves as a strong motivation for him to keep pushing forward.Due to its focus on providing customised services, Tulikwafeleni Namibia aims to deliver efficient and effective solutions promptly to individuals and businesses of all sizes.
