Network Television (NTV) has welcomed Prinsley Frederik to its production team, marking an exciting addition to the station’s growing pool of creative talent.



As a multi-media operator, Frederik brings a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for storytelling that aligns with NTV’s commitment to innovation and quality broadcasting.



Frederik said that he was drawn to the role because of NTV’s dedication to creativity and innovation. “As a multi-media operator, I thrive in fast-paced environments where technology and creativity intersect. The opportunity to work with a team that values quality production and cutting-edge media tools was a big motivation for me,” he said.



For him, joining NTV is not just a career move, but a chance to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to impactful projects.



Reflecting on his professional journey, Frederik described it as a blend of technical growth and creative exploration. “I started by learning the fundamentals of audio-visual production, gradually expanding into live broadcasting, digital editing, and content management,” he explained. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across various production settings, from small-scale events to high-profile broadcasts, developing adaptability, teamwork, and precision along the way.



In his new role at NTV, Frederik’s priorities are ensuring high-quality media output, streamlining production workflows and supporting the team in delivering seamless multimedia experiences. “I aim to bring consistency, efficiency and innovation to every project I work on. I’m also focused on staying updated with new technologies to help the team stay ahead in a rapidly evolving media landscape.”



Since joining the team, Frederik describes his experience as positive. “The team has been welcoming, collaborative and open to new ideas. I appreciate the culture of trust and creativity here; it’s motivating to work alongside professionals who are just as passionate about their craft.”



While acknowledging that media production can be fast-moving and demanding, Frederik remains confident in his ability to adapt and respond effectively. “Technical glitches, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities are all part of the job. My approach is to stay prepared, maintain clear communication, and focus on solutions rather than obstacles,” he explained.



Frederik believes his strength lies in balancing technical precision with creative vision. “I’m not just focused on the ‘how’ but also on the ‘why’, ensuring that every piece of content supports the bigger story we’re trying to tell,” he noted. His proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning help him bring fresh ideas and efficient workflows to the table.



“What inspires me most,” he concluded, “is seeing ideas come to life through sound, visuals, and technology. Media has the power to connect, inform, and inspire people, and being part of that process is incredibly rewarding.”
