Pottie de Bruyn drives strategic growth at Coca Cola

Pottie de Bruyn, general manager of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Namibia, brings nearly three decades of experience in the Coca-Cola system to the helm of one of Namibia’s leading beverage bottlers.

His career includes leadership roles such as commercial director, where he gained expertise in sales, marketing and customer engagement.

Combined with his academic background in sales and marketing, this foundation has given him a comprehensive understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods sector. His operational knowledge spans logistics, manufacturing and strategic planning, equipping him to navigate complex business environments.

Under de Bruyn’s leadership, CCBA Namibia has consistently achieved strong commercial and operational results, earning multiple "country of the year" and sales awards.

A hallmark of his approach has been the integration of precision metrics and data-driven decision-making, allowing the business to align its execution with real-time insights.
