After completing her internship, she was offered a temporary position, allowing her to further strengthen her knowledge of financial products, customer service and client engagement.Today, she has progressed into the role of branch consultant, assisting clients with their financial and insurance needs while providing professional advice and building lasting relationships.“Receiving the call was an incredibly proud and rewarding moment,” she says. “It felt like my hard work, perseverance and commitment had been recognised.”“Personally, this role represents the achievement of an important career milestone and the reward for the effort I have invested over the past few years,” she adds.The opportunity was particularly meaningful because she had already experienced the company's culture through her internship and temporary position.“I knew it was an environment where I wanted to build my career,” she explains. “The opportunity to become a permanent member of the team gave me confidence that I was moving in the right direction professionally.”Working alongside experienced colleagues taught her the importance of professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail and consistently putting clients first.As the financial services industry evolves, she believes professionals must be prepared to adapt. One of the biggest changes she has experienced is the increasing role of digital technology, with clients expecting faster communication, convenient services and solutions tailored to their individual needs.“I believe there are significant opportunities to improve customer experience by combining digital solutions with personalised financial advice,” she says.For her, however, technology should complement rather than replace meaningful human relationships.
