Brand-new Namibian printing and signage company Palmotive Industries was founded this year by Gabriel Hango and Gismo Hendjala. It’s the story of two individuals who chose to bet on themselves and their vision – and it all began with taking a risk. The company was born out of a shared frustration. Hango and Hendjala had worked together before but felt their talents were not fully recognised in previous roles.That experience sparked a big dream: to create a business where ideas are valued and clients are empowered. This year, they took the leap. As the founders, they work side by side with a small but dedicated team that includes Mwatile Kapolola and Percy Pilatus.Whether it is a 3D sign, car wrap, laser-cut label or a custom exhibition setup, every job is approached with the goal of helping clients stand out and connect meaningfully with their audiences.Though based in Windhoek, Palmotive serves clients all over Namibia. The team prides itself on accessibility, offering professional branding solutions to both urban centres and smaller towns. Their services include large-scale printing, vehicle branding, exhibition stand design, sticker labels for packaging, CNC work and laser cutting. By keeping everything in-house, they are able to maintain consistency and meet tight deadlines.Creative, hard-working environment Running a business in a competitive and ever-changing market is not without its challenges.Palmotive has had to adapt to material delays, shifting client demands and the constant evolution of design trends.The team views these obstacles as part of the learning curve.They have invested in modern equipment and continue to build their skills to stay relevant and offer better value.
