What it means being a leader - vice chairperson

My experience with our school learners is that everyone is very friendly, even the ones that look very rude. All you have to do is be nice to them, and they will reciprocate. I learned that being a leader means taking one for the team. If my team fails, the chairperson and myself have failed, but if my team wins, we have all won.
