Her three-pronged approach includes credit profile management, pre-approval letters and budgeting. She elaborated: "Before you do anything, before you approach the bank, make sure that your credit profile looks good".Furthermore, she suggested obtaining pre-approval letters from multiple banks to gauge the best offer, while also stressing the significance of financial preparedness to cover additional costs such as transfer and lawyer fees. With a final nod to clients' preferences, Nangolo encouraged prospective buyers to engage real estate agents early in the process for professional guidance.The art of match-makingMatching the right property with the right client is a skill that Nangolo has honed over her years in the industry.
