SanlamAllianz nurtures young talent through internship programme

SanlamAllianz has once again opened its doors to a new generation of leaders, proudly welcoming 16 young interns as the second intake of its 2025 Internship Programme. Thismilestone highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to equipping Namibia’s youth with practical skills, mentorship and opportunities that prepare them for a successful future in thecorporate world.Launched in 2020, the SanlamAllianz Internship Programme has grown into a powerful platform for professional development, bridging the gap between academic learning andworkplace readiness. Since its inception, the programme has welcomed 131 interns, of whom 32 have transitioned into permanent employees at SanlamAllianz. This achievement reflectsboth the programme’s long-term impact and its contribution to addressing youth unemployment in Namibia.Speaking at the welcoming ceremony this morning, Stephanie de Klerk, business development consultant at SanlamAllianz Investments, encouraged the new interns to embrace change withauthenticity.“The only reality in the world that is constant is change. What sets humans apart from machines and systems is authenticity. It starts with you and your individuality.
