SanlamAllianz awards first N$50 000 prize

SanlamAllianz Namibia has awarded N$50 000 to Elia Halute, the first winner of its Prestige Funeral Cover competition.Halute is one of six clients set to receive N$50 000 during the six-month competition, with one winner selected each month.The competition is part of SanlamAllianz’s Extra Rewards programme, which offers rewards to clients who meet specified eligibility requirements.Irvin Möller, general manager: entry-level market at SanlamAllianz Namibia, said the initiative was intended to recognise clients who held policies with the insurer.“At SanlamAllianz, we are not simply selling a product; we are making a promise to the people who trust us to be their financial partner,” Möller said.He said the company viewed the rewards programme as one way of returning value to clients.Halute said the prize would benefit him and his family.“I am grateful to SanlamAllianz for this N$50,000 and for giving back to us as clients. This means a lot to me and my family,” he said.Five further N$50,000 prizes, totalling N$250,000, remain available under the competition.To qualify, clients must have held an active Prestige Funeral Cover policy for at least three months, be up to date with premium payments and be registered for SanlamAllianz Extra Rewards.Clients can receive additional entries by activating the SanlamAllianz Extra Digital Wallet and completing the member survey.
