The 4th Namibia Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition will return to Windhoek from 18 to 20 August 2026 with an expanded programme aimed at strengthening industry collaboration and broadening local participation in Namibia's energy sector.

Hosted by the Economic Association of Namibia in partnership with the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board and the Hanns Seidel Foundation, the conference is officially endorsed by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Strategic partners include Rhino Resources, the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia and SNC Incorporated.

The event, which is expected to draw more than 1,400 delegates from government, industry, investors and civil society, will open with a series of pre-conference activities on 17 and 18 August, including a golf tournament, masterclasses, local content panel discussions and pitching sessions hosted by NIPDB, a speed networking session and a Future Generations session targeting Namibian youth.

The main programme will run across two thematic days. The first, under the heading "Industry in Action: Operators, Independents and Finance", will focus on project development, investment and upstream collaboration. The second will address small business participation, infrastructure and long-term energy sustainability under the theme "SMEs, Finance, Servicing and Critical Infrastructure to Develop a Sustainable Energy Mix".

A parallel two-day technical conference will feature presentations from industry leaders, policymakers and researchers on emerging trends, technological innovation and policy developments.

Supplier workshops and additional networking opportunities, all hosted by NIPDB, will run alongside the main programme.
