Capricorn-on-Main, a new 13-storey landmark in Windhoek’s Central Business District, has received compliance certification and is operational. The development, at the corner of Independence Avenue and Kasino Street, supported more than 200 jobs during construction, with about 95% of its project budget spent through local contractors, suppliers and service providers.
