Following the release of the December 2025 Banking Fees and Charges Comparison Report by the Bank of Namibia (BoN), Bank Windhoek’s said its pricing structure remains a benchmark forconsistent value, particularly in essential services that impact the daily lives of its customers.The regulator’s report highlights several key areas where Bank Windhoek offers value. Most notably, Bank Windhoek continues to offer free Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) debit orders for both intrabankand interbank transactions for Easy Save Account holders. This ensures that customers can manage their recurring payments without additional costs, a significant advantage when compared to other majormarket players.“Our focus has always been on delivering consistent value to our customers,” said Bank Windhoek’s chief financial officer, Zenaune Kamberipa. The bank offers competitive fees for prepaid airtime purchasesin the market, priced at just N$1.05, significantly lower than the industry average of over N$2.30. This commitment to affordability extends to the bank’s digital wallet services and ATM (automated teller machines) network.The bank’s Easy Save Account continues to provide a low-entry barrier for unbanked and underserved populations, offering a total of three free monthly ATM withdrawals at Bank Windhoek ATMs.Furthermore, for businesses and individuals dealing with international transactions, Bank Windhoek’s exchange control application fees are competitively affordable.
